Family law has become globalized, extending beyond national borders. Families are a mix of cultures, and are more transient than ever.
It follows that international custody disputes are more and more prevalent in today’s society.
The purpose of this program is to expand our knowledge by exploring the similarities and differences in how child custody disputes are resolved in Georgia and in Barcelona, as well as strategic considerations in international custody cases.
The program is designed to facilitate active engagement with our Barcelona hosts to share experiences, ideas and philosophies, and to build valuable networking relationships.
